Delivery, Cancellation and Return Policy

We thank you for choosing Samaka to purchase your seafood products and we are happy to serve you.

We have clarified the cancellation and return policy and put a clear statement before the purchase process that the customer agrees to, as the return process for products such as fish is very difficult because they have a special storage method and come from far away places, so we apologize for the return or cancellation except in the following cases:

  • The customer has the right to return it in the event of receiving an incorrect order. It must be kept in a cool place by the customer and he will be compensated for it.
  • The customer has the right to cancel one hour after the payment deadline, and after that he has no right to cancel the order.
  • The value of the order executed by credit cards or bank checks will be refunded through the customer’s bank account within (21) working days.


(Return) must be requested via WhatsApp within one hour of the date of receipt of the order (if there are notes in the order)

We always ensure that our products are carefully selected and of superior quality.

The customer must know that the order cannot be cancelled after paying the amount for any reason, and if he does not receive the goods at the time of the representative’s arrival, the order will be cancelled and the amount cannot be refunded.

Shipment delivery time:

  • 48 hours maximum
  • Sometimes we are affected by weather conditions so orders may be delayed for customers.
  • Minimum order amount is 200 riyals.
  • The weight of fish and shrimp is calculated before cleaning and peeling. If you want to receive the product without cleaning, please inform us of that.
  • A kilo of fish and shrimp, after removing the skin and bones and peeling the shrimp, the net weight is approximately half a kilo of meat.
