We have clarified the cancellation and return policy and put a clear statement before the purchase process that the customer agrees to, as the return process for products such as fish is very difficult because they have a special storage method and come from far away places, so we apologize for the return or cancellation except in the following cases:
(Return) must be requested via WhatsApp within one hour of the date of receipt of the order (if there are notes in the order)

The customer must know that the order cannot be cancelled after paying the amount for any reason, and if he does not receive the goods at the time of the representative’s arrival, the order will be cancelled and the amount cannot be refunded.
